RFID Pressure Transmitters, Readers and Adaptors

With the RFID-capable Pressure Transmitters from the PT-RF series, STAUFF offers an innovative, non-contact solution for pressure measurement technology in fluid technology systems. The technology enables fast, safe and absolutely clean pressure measurements - without cabling, without a power supply at the sensor and without opening the system. Ideal for maintenance engineers, maintenance teams, plant operators and machine builders who value modern, efficient and safe measurement processes.

The Pressure Transmitters work completely contactless via RFID technology:

1. Activation via the reader PT-RF reader:
   The reader transmits energy to the PT-RF sensor by radio.

2. Measuring without opening the system:
   Within ~0.5 seconds, the pressure value is recorded without contact and sent back.

3. Documentation without effort:
   All measured values are stored in the reader and can be read out via USB.

Advantages of the mode of operation:

• No danger from escaping media volume

• No dirt ingress into the system

• No leakage risks

• No wear due to repeated screwing and unscrewing of pressure gauges or other measuring devices
