Pressure Gauges

Pressure gauges from STAUFF are indispensable pressure measuring devices for monitoring and ensuring operational safety in hydraulic systems. They enable the precise measurement of system pressures - stationary or mobile - and are available in analogue (mechanical) and digital (electrical) versions. With pressure ranges up to 1000 bar and numerous variants, STAUFF covers all requirements from commissioning to maintenance.

The range includes analogue and digital solutions. The analogue Bourdon tube pressure gauges type SPG are manufactured in accordance with EN 837-1 and are suitable for oil-hydraulic and gaseous media. They are glycerine-filled to dampen vibrations and are available in nominal sizes of 63 and 100 mm. For applications that require precise documentation, STAUFF offers digital pressure gauges from the SPG-DIGI series. These devices not only display the current pressure, but also minimum and maximum values and are optionally equipped with a USB interface to save measurement data in CSV format and transfer it directly to a PC. For flexible applications, there are measuring boxes that contain several pressure gauges and adaptors.

STAUFF pressure gauges cover a wide range: from -1 to 1000 bar to bar for applications in hydraulics and other areas. They are suitable for oils, lubricants, water and gaseous media. The accuracy is up to 0.5 % of the full scale value. Various connection types such as BSP, NPT and SAE are available for installation. The housings are made of stainless steel, the sight glasses are made of acrylic glass and the protection class is IP65 - depending on the version.
